Didi Maa Sadhvi Ritambhara

Sadhvi Ritambharaji has emerged as one of the most prominent Indian spiritualist in the contemporary times. The charm of spiritual message of the divine motherly affection has enthralled many. The Indian tradition has brought to us down the ages the personification of the same motherly affection in form of stories of Yashoda and Baby Krishna. Didi ma, as she is fondly called, has a vision ... a vision of Vatsalya. The vision has naturally led to mission.

It is very difficult either to quantify or to describe Didi ma's reach to the masses both in terms of her simple and elegant style and the impact she has on the masses. Millions of Indians throng to listen to her discourses which are thought evoking but at the same time chocked with emotions of love and Bhakti. Her tape recorded speeches are copied by millions. Two very popular Indian TV channels regularly relay her Pravachans. It is a great achievement by any standards that her Guruji has called her a Tapa Siddha Sanyasin which means the one in whose own life time her tapa has borne fruit. He has also asked her now to devote her energies to the welfare of humanity, under the inspiration, guidance and compassion of the great saint Pujya Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Yugpurush Swami Parmanandji Maharaj,' her sadgurudev. The self relised soul, she could dive into the depth of spiritualism. Sanyasin she has renounced the material comforts of even a normal household to serve the cause of humanity through evoking mother Indian's real spirit. Sadhviji believes that every newborn is a divine creation since every soul is born to fulfill a divine mission. Deprived of parents, particularly mother, some children have to seek refuge in orphanages which never provide self respect and a sense of mother's protection which is normally available in a family.
