Accomodation shall be provided on twin sharing basis or as desired in First class Hotel in Barcelona.
Passengers are to abide by the laws of Barcelona and the rules and laws of the curise and passengers defaulting in observing any rules will be excluded from the tour without any reson to be assigned.
Passengers shall not carry firearms, unlawful drug, alchol, cigarette, eatables and all other items which are banned by airlines/cruise or Hotel. Any person found guilty of non-observance of rules, AIRTRAVEL ENTERPRISES INDIA LTD. and Param Shakti Peeth Shall not be liable for any claims/compensation for the same.
Passengers shall be solely responsible for their Suitcases, bags and Personal belongings. AIRTRAVEL ENTERPRISES INDIA LTD. and Param Shakti Peeth will not be laible for any damage or loss of the same.
Passengers are to report in time at the palce assigned failing which the tour will proceed without the passenger reporting in time. All passengers are to adhere to the given timings of the itinerary.
In the event of any passengers not getting visa, AIRTRAVEL ENTERPRISES INDIA LTD. and Param Shakti Peeth shall not be responsible. The amount will be refunded to the passenger after all deduction such as visa fees, ticket cancellation charges, hotel charges, cruise charges etc.
In case of any casulty / death of Passenger in course of the tour AIRTRAVEL ENTERPRISES INDIA LTD. and Param Shakti Peeth shall not be responsible for the same but shall if possible provide all necessary assistance to the passengers / family on the cost of passengers/ or his or her family
AIRTRAVEL ENTERPRISES INDIA LTD. and Param Shakti Peeth shall not be responsible for the reparation of remains of the passenger. In the event of any passenger falls ill due to any reason we shall not be responsible against any claim for the same but will help in always
Every Passenger is allowed 20 kg in Check-in-baggage and 1 piece hand baggage not exceeding 8 kgs. Length Plus breadth plus height should not be more than 45 inches. Anything extra is at actauls and will have to be paid directly to the service provider by the passenger.
Doctors on call will be available at cost. It is recommeded that every passenger carry his or her own daily medicine provided by doctors with prescription.
Insurance travel and medical are mandatory requirements foir all passengers. upto the age 70 years on the date of return, the insurance is included in the cost. Passengers above the age of 70 will have to get the insurance done at an addtional costr on their own.
